Mum-of-three Leah was 29 when she flew to a clinic in Turkey for the operation in August 2018. She had saved £6,500 for the procedure but died on the operating table.

A relative told the Sun: "Craig never got over the death of the death of Leah. He has been struggling with her loss.

Leah flew to the Elite Aftercare clinic in Izmir for the operation, which claimed to have done plastic surgery for reality TV stars.

The controversial procedure involves taking fat from the waist or stomach and putting it in the buttocks, and it was made popular by Kim Kardashian.

Surgeons at Elite Aftercare say it is safer than similar procedures because it involves using the body's own fat rather than silicon implants.

The surgery insisted it is "responsibly run," adding: "As such, it takes its responsibilities extremely seriously."

Speaking at the time, a devastated Scott said: "I just wish this was a bad dream.

"Two days ago I was happy. Now I'm a broken man and will be forever. I'm hurt so bad and this is only the start. My life has crashed."

A West Yorkshire spokesman said: "At 7.34pm on Monday, police were called to an address in Halton where a man had been found dead.

"There were no suspicious circumstances and the Coroner's Office has been informed."
