A frisky lawyer has been caught having sex during a live court hearing on Zoom.

Hector Paredes Robles was branded a disgrace to his profession by the judge presiding the virtual hearing after launching into his X-rated performance while his camera was on.

Jaw-dropping footage shows Robles stripping off and sitting on a chairing while a naked brunette straddles him.

Judge John Chauhua Torres watches in shock as the explicit act continues for well over a minute.

A female aide also tries to alert the lawyer that his sex session is being watched and recorded on a public live feed.

The incident took place last week (January 26) during a virtual remand hearing in the central Peruvian region of Junin.

The lawyer was defending one of the detainees held after an operation against an organized crime gang.

As the sex session was continuing, the judge was heard saying: “We are witnessing obscene acts which represent a violation of public decency and are aggravated by the fact they are being recorded nationally."

Mr Robles has since been barred from any more any more involvement in the ongoing land trafficking, fraud and extortion case.

Local media have claimed the brunette he had sex with is his client, although she has yet to be identified.

He was also told he would face two separate probes, one by state prosecutors and another by his local bar association.

The judge said in a statement released after the court hearing was suspended: “Hector Paredes Robles has been fully identified as the lawyer who has disrespected the dignity of this court as well as the other lawyers present and the legal profession as a whole.”

A regional High Court statement released on Friday (January 29) added: “We condemn the actions of the lawyer Hector Paredes Robles who during a virtual remand hearing committed obscene acts which violated public decency.

“The judge in charge of the hearing excluded the lawyer from the defence representatives and ordered a duty lawyer to replace him.

“He also ruled that Peru’s Public Ministry and the local bar association should be informed so they can take appropriate action."

Incredibly, it is not the first time someone has been caught having sex during an official Zoom call.

Last year, a government official was filmed having sex with his secretary.
