Thornton family, mom, dad and 2-year-old girl, missing from their home.
A Thornton family — parents and a 2-year-old girl — have been reported missing and circumstances surrounding their disappearance are a mystery, police said.
The family was last seen in the early morning hours on Monday at their home, 4056 E. 130th Way, according to police.
The couple has a 5-year-old child who was left home alone at the residence, said Matt Barnes, a police spokesman. Extended family members, who live nearby, found the child alone and unharmed in front of the home at about 9 p.m. Monday.
