<\/p>\nEngland footie legend Paul Gascoigne planted a kiss on Prince William after the pair met in a Pret A Manger restaurant on the south coast.<\/p>\n
The Prince of Wales was in Bournemouth as part of his Homewards campaign, visiting various businesses and also Premier League football team AFC Bournemouth. <\/p>\n
While at Pret William got stuck in making sandwiches and greeted staff and diners, including a certain footballing legend in Gazza.<\/p>\n

The two men shook hands as William enquired about the 56-year-old, who has endured battles with addiction and mental health. <\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
It is believed Gazza lives in the Bournemouth area, and as the two men's conversation came to an end, he broke all the royal rules by leaning in for a kiss – a bold move that was warmly reciprocated by William.<\/p>\n
Elsewhere in the store William learned more about the work being carried out by The Pret Foundation to help break the cycle of homelessness. <\/p>\n
He chatted to the company's CEO Pano Christou and learned about how Pret's unsold freshly-made food at the end of every day is given to people who need it most. <\/p>\n
The chain also offers financial grants to grassroots charities and helps break the cycle of homelessness by providing support, training and employment through the Rising Stars programme.<\/p>\n

Afterwards, William visited the Vitality Stadium, home of AFC Bournemouth to hear about how the club is working to support those at risk of homelessness in Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole – one of the areas being targeted by the Homewards programme. <\/p>\n
Arriving for a roundtable discussion, he apologised for running late and quipped how he had been chatting to Gazza.<\/p>\n
William's visit to Bournemouth comes just hours before his estranged brother Prince Harry is due to make his first appearance back on UK soil in a number of months. <\/p>\n
Harry will celebrate the achievements and resilience of seriously-ill youngsters and their families who are supported by WellChild at the event in London tonight (Thursday, September 7).<\/p>\n
