A ghost hunter claims they were inspired by former S Club 7 star Paul Cattermole investigate a "haunted" cinema – and he encountered spirits who chucked rocks at him and his pals.
Amir Jardan says his late friend had prompted him to investigating Bournemouth's abandoned ABC Cinema.
Heading deep inside the former picture house left Mr Jardan utterly terrified, with spirits launching giant rocks at him and his psychic pal, who he brought along to speak to the ghosts.

Concluding their investigations into the cinema left Amir, 36, with an experience that made his blood run cold and proved to be the most terrifying time of his life.
He said: "I've never been so scared in my life. Our psychic, Madonna Viviani, did a transfiguration with candles and something entered her body, and started to swear and tell us to leave.
"We caught things moving and stones being thrown. The last straw was when a huge rock was thrown and nearly hit our heads.
"When we captured this photo, it was right at the end of the ghost hunt. We were so freaked out, we exited the building straight away."
The terrifying image, which featured a streak of light in the shape of a man, stunned the cinema explorers, and Amir has since dedicated the find to his late friend.

Amir claims Paul Cattermole, who died in April this year, tipped the ghost hunter off about the cinema.
Amir said: "This is in memory of Paul because he always wanted to go in this place. He actually pointed out the cinema to us.
"We have a really good team. I wish Paul was here doing it with us."
Exploring the cinema, which was in use from 1937 to 2017, kicked up images of alleged hauntings, with Amir's claims suggesting apparitions of ghostly old men in screening rooms.
He added: "My sister worked there for 15 years and staff have always been scared working there – they would get terrified."
Testimony from former staff members saw claims of self-flushing toilets and the haunting of screen two, where Amir alleges the elderly ghost sits.
An eerie presence seemed to "follow" the urban explorers, whose presence in the cinema was increasingly unnerving.
Amir said: "Madonna felt this man following her the whole time after the transfiguration – and there he was."
The man-shaped streak has baffled those who have seen the image, with pictures taken from several angles showing the outline of a mysterious figure.
